Staff training and induction
onboarding your new staff
An important part of human resources is the development of processes to induct and train new staff.
The more effectively a new team member is ‘onboarded’ into your business, the more supported they will feel and the more productive they will be. New team members should experience an induction and training programme. All employees should receive regular reviews to ensure the expectations of both parties are being met.
